For the past 2 or 3 orders I have made here delivery times have been absolutely shocking, and there is usually something missing or the wrong item has been sent. Like last night's order, the delivery time stated I would receive my order by 8:30 pm. Food did not actually arrive until at least 40 minutes later, so well after 9 pm. My son had to call the shop to chase after the order as it took that long. I had to do the same on the last order as well. The delivery charges for this shop are one of the most expensive charges I pay for when it comes to takeaways. At over £5 just for delivery alone, at the very least you expect your food to be delivered on time and not have to chase it up. I also paid £3 for a large garlic sauce only to receive the £1.20 small tub. But because it took so long to arrive my kids couldn't wait any longer and just wanted to eat their food, so they never called to change the sauce over. There were only 3 items in my order, the sauce being 1 of the 3 items, how can you make a mistake on 3 items? The last time we were missing the bottle of Coke from the order so someone had to come back to drop it off. The food itself is very good, but the delivery is absolutely shocking. If you're charging premium prices for delivery, then provide a premium delivery service!

This is my No.1 place everything we have had is lovely. The cheese on the pizza is soo tasty. Kebeb meat tastes like lamg and not spices. Chips are frozen but the best tasting ones around. I reccommend UK Pizza to everyone I know. Delivery has always been quick and the delivery men are so freindly

Ordered the meal deal - Fab offer and was delivered within 30 mins!. Margarita was LOVELY. lovely dough was really fresh and the cheese tasted LOVELY Kebab meat tasted like lamb and not full of spices, LOVELY. Chips tasted LOVELY. Thats my new place to go.

Ordered the plain bbq chicken pizza and rang up to tell them it was wrong but they are convinced I’m wrong for not putting in comments “no onions” when it states plain bbq chicken pizza and under the option says “bbq sauce and chicken” so to anyone ordering that they would assume no onions but apparently I’m wrong, used to order from here all the time and never had a problem until now!
